1 cup broccoli
1 cup cauliflower
2 cups bok choy
1 cup chicken stock
1 tablespoon canola oil
1 clove garlic

Recipe Directions for Veggie Stir Fry

  1. Add oil and garlic to medium size pot

  2. steam veggies in separate pot

  3. add steamed veggies to oil

  4. pour chicken stock in and reduce heat

  5. toss with noodles or rice
