Recipe Ingredients for Veggie Stir Fry

2 cup, chopped Broccoli
2 cup, sliced Onions
2 cup, sliced Peppers, Sweet, Green
1 serving Organic Olive Oil Cooking Spray
3 tbsp Soy Sauce
10 fl oz Organic Low Sodium Chicken Broth
3 tbsp Corn Starch
2 tbsp Mirin (rice cooking wine)
1 serving Sugar Pure Cane
4 clove Garlic
2 tsp Ginger, Ground

Recipe Directions for Veggie Stir Fry

  1. Spray wok with olive oil. Sautee chopped veggies until almost tender. Add garlic, pepper, and ginger.

  2. In a small bowl mix together chicken broth, rice wine, soy sauce, corn starch, & sugar.

  3. Stir in sauce and mix to thoroughly coat veggies. Heat through and serve over rice, noodle, or miracle noodles.
