Recipe Ingredients for Veggie Stir Fry

2 zucchini, sliced
1/2 cup red pepper, diced
1/4 cup onion, diced
1 tsp minced garlic
1 tsp extra virgin olive oil
1 tbls butter

Recipe Directions for Veggie Stir Fry

heat oil and garlic. Add veggies and stir fry until barely tender. Add butter and continue to stir fry until melted. Season as desired and serve.
