Recipe Ingredients for Veggie stir-fry

2 c broccoli
1 c onion
1/8 c ginger
2 c cabbage
4 carrots
1 lb mushrooms
14 oz bean sprouts
1 tbsp honey
3 tbsp tamari
6 cloves garlic
1 1/2 tbsp peanut oil

Recipe Directions for Veggie stir-fry

  1. heat oil in wok

  2. add vegetables by density (carrots first, etc)

  3. toss gently as needed, cooking at high heat till till veggies get that bright glossy look.
