Recipe Ingredients for Veggie Stir Fry

1 tbsp olive oil
4 cloves garlic
1 onion
5 carrots
6 celery stalks
2 beets
1 eggplant
1 tbsp jalapeno
2 tbsps ginger root
1 cup kale

Recipe Directions for Veggie Stir Fry

  1. chop veggies as you heat the olive oil

  2. add onion and garlic

  3. add chopped veggies in order

  4. stir now and then

  5. add Bragg's Liquid Aminos

  6. cover and turn down heat

  7. check in about 10 minutes

  8. good on rice or noodles
