Vegetable stir fry using Light Italian in place of oil. Low calorie and full of flavor, these are great on their own or as a topping. Try on top of Shirataki noodles or Cauliflower Rice for a very satisfying meal.

Recipe Ingredients for Veggie Stir Fry

85 g Fresh Diced Tomatoes
85 g Fresh Diced Mushrooms
85 g Fresh Diced Broccoli
85 g Fresh Diced Bell Peppers
85 g Fresh Diced Onions
85 g Fresh Diced Cauliflower
1 tbsp Light Italian Dressing
2 g canola oil

Recipe Directions for Veggie Stir Fry

  1. Spray nonstick pan 1 second with canola oil, set heat to high

  2. Add 2 large veggie packs and spray 1 second with canola oil

  3. Stir veggies until they are crackling and starting to brown at edges.

  4. Add the Italian and any spices

  5. Continue to stir fry until the sauce has thickened and the veggies are crackling again
