Good side dish, or main dish if you add in some cooked chicken or pork. Makes two gigantic servings or four generous ones.

Recipe Ingredients for Veggie Stir Fry

2 green peppers, chopped
2 onions, chopped
2 tbsp garlic, minced
6 ounces water chestnuts, sliced
6 ounces mushrooms, sliced
2 cups broccoli, chopped
1 cup brown rice, cooked
1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

Recipe Directions for Veggie Stir Fry

Saute veggies in olive oil until crisp-tender. Season to taste with Mrs. Dash or your favorite seasonings. Stir in cooked brown rice. Serve immediately.
