8 oz mushrooms
2 bell pepper
1 onion
1 zucchini
2 tbsp peanut oil
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1 carrot
4 oz vegetable broth

  1. chop onion

  2. saute onion in oil in wok

  3. add all other ingredients and cook until done
