Recipe Ingredients for veggie stir-fry

1/4 cup olive oil
2 cloves garlic
3 zucchini
8 scallions
5 oz fava beans
2 tbsp raisins
1/4 cup basil
2 serving dry sherry

Recipe Directions for veggie stir-fry

  1. Heat oil. Add garlic and stir-fry until pale gold. Add zucchini, scallions, and fava beans and stir fry 5 min.

  2. Add raisins and basil and stir in sherry. Stir-fry 1-2 min. Season with SP.
