Recipe Ingredients for Veggie Stir Fry

1 medium zucchini, sliced
1 medium onion, sliced
1 large green pepper, sliced
2 cloves garlic, chopped
1 medium carrot, chopped
1 t dill
1/4 t salt
1/8 t black pepper
1 T parmesan cheese

Recipe Directions for Veggie Stir Fry

  1. heat a large skillet to medium high and spray with nonstick cooking spray

  2. throw in the veggies, beginning with the carrots

  3. cook to desired tenderness

  4. Sprinkle with cheese
