Recipe Ingredients for Veggie Stir-Fry w/ Chicken Broth

0.06 cup Cornstarch
1 dash Pepper, Black
3/4 cup Soup, Chicken Broth
4 tbsp Vegetable Oil
1/4 cup, chopped Onions, Spring Or Scallions
2 cup, chopped Broccoli
1 cup, chopped Carrots
1 cup Bok Choy
1 cup pieces Mushrooms
2 tbsp Soy Sauce
1/4 cup Water Chestnuts (Sliced)
1 serving Bean Sprouts

Recipe Directions for Veggie Stir-Fry w/ Chicken Broth

  1. Combine CORNSTARCH, PEPPER, BROTH, and SOYSAUCE. Set aside.

  2. Heat OIL in wok or skillet over medium-high heat.

  3. Chop GREEN ONIONS, BROCCILI, CARROTS, BOK CHOY, and MUSHROOMS into similar-sized pieces.

  4. Stir-fry vegetables together except for the MUSHROOMS, BEAN SPROUTS and WATER CHESTNUTS for 3-5 minutes or until tender.

  5. Add MUSHROOMS, BEAN SPROUTS, and WATER CHESTNUTS and stir-fry for 1-2 minutes or until tender.

  6. Add CORNSTARCH MIXTURE and boil until mixture thickens.

  7. Serve over rice.
