Recipe Ingredients for Veggie Stir Fry #3

227 grams mushrooms, sliced
395 grams portabella mushrooms, sliced
422 grams broccoli florets, chopped
670 grams summer squash, sliced
392 grams sweet red peppers, chopped
510 grams baby spinach
226 grams red onion, chopped
39 grams garlic, chopped
439 grams dark red kidney beans
439 grams black beans

Recipe Directions for Veggie Stir Fry #3

  1. Chop all veggies as indicated

  2. Saute garlic, onion, beans, red peppers until soft in a little cooking spray

  3. Add summer squash and cook a few moments then add spinach and cover until wilted

  4. Add broccoli that has been microwaved for about 2 minutes and mushrooms that have been steam-sauteed

  5. Season liberally as desired. Spicy is good!
