Recipe Ingredients for veggie stew

1 1tsp Olive Oil
1 small Onions
8 oz Mushrooms
3 clove Garlic
1 tbsp Sage, Ground
0.5 cup Yellow Split Peas
3 cup Vegetable Broth
12 oz Potatoes, Russet, Flesh And Skin, Baked
8 oz Carrots
2 Teaspoon Thyme
1 cup (8 fl oz) Water
1/4 cup Gold Medal All Purpose Flour
1/2 cup Peas, Green

Recipe Directions for veggie stew

cook onion in the oil. Add garlic, mushrooms, sage for a few minutes, Add everything else except the water, flour, and peas. Cook for 30 minutes until veggies are tender. Add flour into the water to dissolve. Then pout into the stew. Add peas and mix for about ten minutes until thickened.
