This is very good. I like to have it with a glass of white wine.

Recipe Ingredients for Veggie Spaghetti

2 oz spaghetti
1 cup broccoli
1 cup zucchini
2 tbs Olive oil
1 tbs minced garlic
3 scallions

Recipe Directions for Veggie Spaghetti

  1. Saute garlic and scallions in oil

  2. Add broccoli and Zucchini

  3. Cook only a couple of minutes, the vegtabels should be crisp

  4. Spoon over cooked spaghetti
