Spaghetti made with vegetables and oil margarine. Best served with toast with butter.

Recipe Ingredients for Veggie Spaghetti

16 oz of frozen carrots
16 oz of squash
8 oz of frozen spinach
12 oz of frozen broccoli
2 tbs olive oil
2 tbs margarine
1 tbs garlic
1 tbs italian seasoning
16 oz angel hair pasta
1 tsp salt

Recipe Directions for Veggie Spaghetti

  1. Steam all vegetables together.

  2. When vegetables are almost finished, cook noodles according to package (include the salt).

  3. Drain noodles and put back into pot. Toss with olive oil.

  4. Add vegetables and all other ingredients (including margarine).

  5. Toss until mixed (vegetables tend to hang out on the side of the pot).

  6. Best served with garlic toast or toast with butter.

  7. Enjoy!
