2 cup Chard, Swiss
1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions
1 1tsp Olive Oil
3 clove Garlic
1.5 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms
1 cup, chopped Broccoli
1 cup (1" pieces) Cauliflower
1 cup Tomato Products
100 grams Tomato Products
160 grams Spaghetti
0.25 medium raw Bell Pepper Green

Recipe Directions for Veggie Spaghetti

sautee veggies, boil pasta, add tomato sauce when veggies are cooked. Then combine all and enjoy. Top with cheese if you feel like it
