Recipe Ingredients for Veggie Spagetti Sauce

18 oz (Ragu) Sauce - Chunky Onions & Garlic
1 tbl olive oil
2 cloves garlic, pressed
1 small onion, diced
1/2 red pepper, chopped
5 mushrooms, sliced
1 tsp basil
1 tsp oregano
1/8 tsp ground pepper
8 cups Macaroni, Whole-wheat cooked

Recipe Directions for Veggie Spagetti Sauce

  1. Heat oil in pan

  2. Saute garlic, onion, peppers, mushrooms.

  3. Add Ragu sauce and spices.

  4. Simmer.

  5. Boil noodles.

  6. Serve sauce over noodles.
