15 oz kidney beans
15 oz pinto beans
1 medium squash, zuccini
28 oz diced tomatoes
1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
2 celery stalks
1/2 cup diced carrots

get out the crock pot LOL and start throwing it all in, I added some italian seasoning and garlic powder to plavor but otherwise great veggy flavor. And great on calories.
