41 calories a cup! I usually have 2 cups as a serving and am super satisfied. I think this would be even better in the winter, of course! Sometimes when I get bored with just the veggies I throw some leftover chicken or a can of tuna in with the veggies.

46 fl. oz. tomato juice
7 cups tomatoes (diced)
29 oz. chicken broth
1 head cabbage
4 cups broccoli
2 cups cauliflower
8 oz. mushrooms
1 1/2 cups carrots
20 oz water
