Recipe Ingredients for Veggie soup with rice

5 stalks of celery, chopped
3 carrots, chopped
4 cups vegetable broth
1 1/2 med zucchini, chopped
1 cup mushrooms, sliced
2 small potatoes, chopped
6 cups of water
1/2 cup of white rice, uncooked

Recipe Directions for Veggie soup with rice

  1. chop all veggies

  2. add broth and water to pot

  3. add carrots, celery and potatoes to pot, bring to a boil

  4. simmer for 15 minutes

  5. add rice, zucchini, and mushrooms to pot

  6. simmer another 15 minutes, and enjoy!
