Recipe Ingredients for Veggie Soup

48 oz. Natural Goodness Chicken Broth
1/2 onion, diced
1/4 red pepper, diced
2 mushrooms, diced
1 clove garlic
2 stalks celery, diced
3 oz sugar snap peas
1 zucchini
1 carrot
3 oz eggplant
16 oz diced tomatoes
1 T vegetable oil
