Very low cal veggie soup, based on the cabbage soup diet.

Recipe Ingredients for Veggie Soup

1 head cabbage
24 oz diced tomatos
16 oz sliced mushrooms
1 large onion
16 oz carrots
1 large zuchinni
1 oz garlic powder
3/4 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp crushed red pepper
24 oz Swanson chicken broth

Recipe Directions for Veggie Soup

  1. cut up ingredients

  2. combine ingredients with 24 oz of water.

  3. Cook until the crisp veggies are hot, yet still crisp.
