Recipe Ingredients for veggie soup

15 tbs garlic powder
10 tbs curry
10 tbs black pepper
3 tbs sea salt
1 tbs cayenne powder
8 oz olive oil
14 oz apple cider vinegar
32 oz (Pacific Natural Foods) Organic Vegetable Broth
32 oz (Pacific Natural Foods) Organic Low Sodium Vegetable Broth
64 oz water
56 oz tomatoes, crushed, canned
20 oz sweet peas
20 oz cauliflower
20 oz butternut squash
20 oz turnips
20 oz zucchini
16 oz yellow squash
16 oz spinach
16 oz string beans
16 oz cherry tomatoes
4 oz red cabbage
4 oz shredded carrots

Recipe Directions for veggie soup

  1. sautee onions

  2. add all other ingredients

  3. boil till veggies are firm

  4. (next time only low sodium broth and less olive oil will cut calories/fat/sodium)
