Delish! Very simple. Lots of veggies for us vegetarians.

Recipe Ingredients for Veggie Soup

1/2 cup chopped red peppers
1/2 cup chopped carrots
1/2 cup chopped tomatoes
1/2 cup chopped potatoes
1/2 cup chopped celery
4 cups water
1 tsp pepper
1 tsp salt

Recipe Directions for Veggie Soup

  1. Chop up all veggies.

  2. Pour water in a large bowl.

  3. Add the veggies,salt & pepper into bowl.

  4. Pour into a pan, bring veggies to a boil for 2 minutes.

  5. Simmer for 10-15 minutes.

  6. Serve.
