A Vegetarian Soup that tastes great with fresh veggies that you can eat as much as you want!!!!

Recipe Ingredients for Veggie Soup

8 cups water
32 oz diced tomato (with juice)
4 tbs tomato paste
5 cups chopped cabbage
1 cup chopped onion
1 1/2 cup sliced carrots
1 1/2 cup green beans
1 cup chopped cucumbers
1 cup chopped celery
1/4 cup (green) peppers, chopped
1/4 cup (red) peppers, chopped
1 tsp basil
1 tsp oregano
1 salt
1 pepper

Recipe Directions for Veggie Soup

  1. Cook the chopped onions, celery, and peppers in a large skillet.

  2. In a large pot, add the water, diced tomatoes, tomato paste and let simmer for about two minutes.

  3. Add the remainder ingredients and the cooked onions, celery and peppers.

  4. Allow to simmer for two minutes and then sit on low for two more minutes.
