Recipe Ingredients for Veggie Soup

8 cups low sodium chicken broth
1 tbsp Garlic Powder
1 tbsp Onion Powder
1/4 tsp Celery Seed
1 tsp Ground Ginger
1 cup long grain white rice
1 lbs Carrots
1 lbs Celery

Recipe Directions for Veggie Soup

  1. Bring 8 cups of chicken broth to a boil.

  2. To the broth add: Onion powder, garlic powder,celery seed, ginger, and rice.

  3. Cut up the celery and carrots and add it along with the rice to the pot.

  4. Cover and let simmer for 20 minutes.
