Yummy veggie soup that is super good for you

Recipe Ingredients for Veggie soup

1 head cauliflower
3 carrots
2 cups cabbage
1 onion
1 cup diced tomato
2 cup low sodium chicken stock
1/2 cup quinoa
2 turnip

Recipe Directions for Veggie soup

  1. Chop onions, carrots and turnip add to pot with a bit of olive oil

  2. cook 3-5 min

  3. add all other ingredients except quinoa

  4. simmer 5 min

  5. add 2 cups of water and quinoa

  6. simmer 15 min

  7. add spices to taste
