Quick and easy low calorie veggie soup.

Recipe Ingredients for Veggie Soup

1/2 zucchini
1/2 onion
1 carrot
1 cup cabbage
1/2 green beans
1/2 tsp. basil
1/4 tsp. oregano
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 cup tomato paste
3 cups chicken stock
1 cup water

Recipe Directions for Veggie Soup

  1. Cook first three veggies together in a little bit of stock.

  2. Add tomato paste and spices.

  3. Add remaining stock and water.

  4. Add cabbage.

  5. Simmer for 20 minutes then enjoy.
