Recipe Ingredients for Veggie soup

32 oz cabbage
12 oz carrots
24 oz mushrooms
12 oz celery
1 tbls minced garlic
1/4 tsp rosemary dried
1/4 tsp basil dried
64 oz low sodium chicken stock
70 oz water
1/4 tsp chili powder
1 tsp cajun seasoning
16 oz tofu
24 oz tomato sauce
1 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
8 oz green beans

Recipe Directions for Veggie soup

  1. Chop cabbage, carrots, celery, mushrooms. cut tofu

  2. toss all in pot

  3. add seasoning

  4. add stock,tomato sauce and water

  5. boil for 10 min

  6. simmer 3 hours

  7. Or put in crock pot till you get home.
