good soup for cold weather and I like to add turkey meatballs as well

Recipe Ingredients for Veggie soup

2 cups tomato juice
2 cups chicken broth
1 cup carrots
1 cup celery
1 cup green beans
1/2 cup onions
1 tbsp garlic

Recipe Directions for Veggie soup

  1. saute garlic and onions using no stick spray

  2. add in tomato juice and chicken broth

  3. bring a boil and then reduce heat

  4. add veggies

  5. cook until tender
