I like using homemade canned tomatoes, juice and green beans from the garden!

Recipe Ingredients for Veggie soup

32 oz. tomatoes
32 oz. tomato juice
32 oz. green beans
1/2 onion
2 stalks celery
15 oz. peas
15 oz. carrots
7 oz. white shoepeg corn
1 cup chicken broth
3 potatoes, diced
1 tsp. onion powder
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 dash of salt and pepper

Recipe Directions for Veggie soup

  1. Boil potatoes until nearly cooked in a separate pot.

  2. Starting with tomatoes, begin adding ingredients in pot. Bring to a boil and then let simmer until onions and celery are done.
