Delicious, super healthy, extremely filling vegetable soup.

Recipe Ingredients for Veggie Soup

4 cups chicken broth
4 cups water
3 large carrots, diced
16 ounce diced tomatoes
1 stalk celery, diced
8 ounce fresh green beans
8 ounce green onions
8 ounce mushroom pieces
1 large green pepper, diced
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon white pepper
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

Recipe Directions for Veggie Soup

  1. Drain mushrooms.

  2. Put all canned vegetables into pot.

  3. Cut all vegetables into medium sized pieces and put in pot

  4. Pour in water. Vegetables should just be covered with water.

  5. Cover and put on stove. Heat to boiling and let boil for 10 minutes

  6. Reduce to simmer and add 4 cups of chicken broth.

  7. Let cook until vegetables are done.

  8. Enjoy!
