Veggie soup with chinese broccoli, bok choy....

Recipe Ingredients for Veggie Soup

24 oz Certified Organic Vegetable Broth
8.5 oz Celery
6 medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia.) Potatoes, Boiled
4 oz Onions
14 oz Chinese Broccoli (Gai Lan)
5 head raw Bok Choy
8 oz Cabbage
32 oz Water
4 tbsp Soy Bean Paste

Recipe Directions for Veggie Soup

chop all veggies and put in pot (potatoes are peeled). Add broth, water and soy bean paste. Bring to a boil and then simmer until veggies reach desired tenderness.
