5 mushrooms
5 grams red chili
10 grams green chili
2 oz parsnip
2 carrots
1 potato
20 grams red capsicum
2 small onions
1 zucchini
50 grams pumpkin
1/3 cup barley
1/3 cup split peas
3 spring onions
1 tbsp mixed herbs
3 vegetable stock cubes
1 tsp salt
1 pepper
6 litres water
1/4 clove garlic
8 tbsp tomato paste
1 chicken stock cube

Recipe Directions for Veggie Soup (mild spice)

  1. Chop, dice, slice or grate each vegetable to your liking

  4. Reduce to liking
