Recipe Ingredients for veggie soup from corned beef

2382 grams Beef Broth
16 oz Carrots
1 large Onions
1 cup, diced Celery
16 oz Potatoes, Red, Flesh And Skin
16 oz Cabbage
1 tbsp Parsley, Dried

Recipe Directions for veggie soup from corned beef

  1. chop carrots, onion celery and potatoes.

  2. add to beef broth. I used the broth remaining after I cooked a corned beef. Let the broth chill and then remove all fat.

  3. boil veggies in broth til just about tender

  4. add cabbage and simmer another 10 minutes.

  5. serve hot
