Recipe Ingredients for Veggie Soup (Clean Out the Cupboard Soup)

2 oz Whole Grain Shells
2 serving Whole Kernel corn (Shaw's)
0.88 cup Tomato Sauce
2 cup Crushed Tomatoes
1.8 cup Vegetables, Mixed
1.75 cup Diced Tomatoes, No Salt Added
1.75 serving Goya Cannellini Beans
1 cup Light
1 cup Meal Starters Grillers Recipe Crumbles
1 small Onions
1 1tsp Olive Oil

Recipe Directions for Veggie Soup (Clean Out the Cupboard Soup)

  1. Heat the olive oil in a large dutch oven or stock pot over medium-high heat. Chop up the onion and add to the oil, along with the vegetarian crumbles. Cook until the onion becomes translucent.

  2. Add all of your canned goods, and the chicken broth. Season to taste with salt and pepper. You can also add celery seeds, or herbs for extra flavor.

  3. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium-low.

  4. Allow to simmer for a half hour to 45 minutes to allow all flavors to meld.

  5. Add the pasta to the soup during the last 10 minutes of cooking.

  6. Serve piping hot with crackers.
