Recipe Ingredients for Veggie Soup 1

1/2 zuccini
1 potato
1 carrot
2 celery stalks
3 leaves bok choy
1 cup vegetable broth
1 tablespoon tomato sauce
1 tablespoon chopped onion
1/2 cup firm tofu

Recipe Directions for Veggie Soup 1

  1. saute onions carrots and add some salt.

  2. add all vegetables exept bok choy, celery and tofu

  3. add vegetable broth and some water to taste

  4. season with favorite spices

  5. once veggies are tender add the rest of the ingredients.
