Pureed broccoli, spinach, mushrooms, carrot. Ingredients sauteed with 1/2 stick of butter prior to pureeing.

Recipe Ingredients for Veggie Smoothie

1 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms
1/2 cup, chopped Broccoli, Cooked
2 cup Spinach
1 carrot Carrots
0.5 stick Butter

Recipe Directions for Veggie Smoothie

saute all veggies with butter prior to pureeing. Once sauteed, puree until smooth. Serve hot or cold
