A surprisingly yummy and SUPER filling meal that tastes like it has to be bad for you, but it's really good for you.

Recipe Ingredients for Veggie slop casserole

1 cup Reduced fat milk
9 sprigs Dill Weed, Fresh
2 cup, mashed Squash, Winter, Butternut
380 grams Spinach
1 cup Hash Browns
1 cup(99 g) Garden Vegetable Medley
2 tbsp chopped Onions
3 parsnip (9" long) Parsnips
10 tbsp Crispy Onions

Recipe Directions for Veggie slop casserole

Boil diced onion and parsnip in the half and half, then mix in the dill. Pour over the frozen vegetables in a large casserole dish and mix well. Top with crispy onions and bake at 400 degrees until done. (Cover top with foil if onions start to darken too much
