0.25 tbsp Oil Olive Extra Virgin
0.13 cup Onions
0.25 cup, chopped Peppers, Sweet, Green
1/2 cup Peas
0.5 oz Cheese Mozzarella
0.5 cup(56 g) All Whites Liquid Egg Whites

Recipe Directions for Veggie Scramble

Saute veggies in pan with olive oil until veggies are soft (not brown) add egg white and scramble. (this also makes a great omellette). Add salt and cracked pepper
