Recipe Ingredients for Veggie scramble

3 egg whites
1 large egg
3 scallions
4 button mushrooms
4 cloves garlic
1 cup fresh spinach
1 medium tomato

Recipe Directions for Veggie scramble

Saute chopped mushrooms and garlic with cooking spray until soft, add in scallions, stir, then wilt spinach. add in egg mix, and tomatos, cook until eggs are scrambled, add dash of salt and pepper, eat.
