Recipe Ingredients for Veggie Scramble 2

6 egg whites
2 scallions
4 button mushrooms
5 cloves garlic
2/3 cup tomato
1/2 cup fresh spinach

Recipe Directions for Veggie Scramble 2

Using cooking spray, cook sliced mushrooms until soft, add chopped garlic and scallions. Then add whipped egg whites. Add tomato's and spinach last. I also added 1 slice of swiss cheese (110 calories) so since it's 2 portions, the total calories ended up being 137. Filling.
