Recipe Ingredients for Veggie Sautee

2 cups zucchini
2 cups onion
1 cup broccoli
3 cups spinach
2 1/2 cups black beans
3 1/2 cups cabbage
2 cups mushrooms
1 cups asparagus
1 tablespoon olive oil

Cut up all veggies and saute on low heat in covered pan. use a little olive oil to stop from sticking
