Sauteed vegetables in a garlic sauce tossed with pasta. Use any veggies you like

Recipe Ingredients for Veggie Sautee with pasta

140 grams Ronzoni Smart Pasta
2 tbsp Vegetable Oil
4 tsp Garlic
5 3/5 grams Garlic Powder
1.5 cup Asparagus
3 oz Mushrooms
2 cups Baby Spinach

Recipe Directions for Veggie Sautee with pasta

  1. Chop up asparagus into 1" lengths keeping the tips seperate.

  2. Saute minced garlic (as much as you like) in 2 tbsps of oil. Garlic should brown slightly.

  3. Saute the asparagus for 10 minutes in galic oil except for tips. Salt and pepper to taste.

  4. Boil pasta per the package directions.

  5. Add mushrooms and asparagus tips and cook for 5 minutes. Asparagus should keep it's bright green color.

  6. Add the baby spinach and continue to cook for 2 minutes until the spinach is limp but maintains green color.

  7. Toss with pasta and top with parmesean cheese if desired.

  8. Enjoy.
