Recipe Ingredients for Veggie Sausages

18 tsp Vital Wheat Gluten
54 tsp Vital Wheat Gluten
0.125 cup Wheat Flour, Whole-grain
1 tsp Salt, Table
1 tsp Spices Ground White Pepper
2 tablespoons Nutritional Yeast
1 tsp Coriander Seed
1 tsp Paprika
0.5 tsp Spices Mustard Powder
0.25 tsp Marjoram, Dried
0.25 tsp Nutmeg, Ground
1/2 tbsp Minced Garlic
4 tbsp chopped Onions
3 tbsp Vegetable Oil, Canola
1 tbsp Tomato Products
1.5 tsp Sugars, Granulated
1 cup (8 fl oz) Water

Recipe Directions for Veggie Sausages

Mix all the dry ingredients, whisk the wet together and combine. Knead a bit. Roll in foil like sausages, steam for 20 minutes or so, refrigerate, treat like sausages.
