14 oz. Gimme Lean Sausage Style
1 tbs. flour
1 cup non-fat milk

Recipe Directions for veggie sausage gravy

  1. brown ground veggie sausage

  2. add spices to taste (sage, garlic, black pepper)

  3. stir in milk and simmer

  4. mix flour and cold milk in small bowl

  5. add to sausage-milk mix to thicken

  6. use more or less milk or flour to be thinner or thicker gravy

  7. serve over biscuits
