1 medium raw Leeks
2 large Egg, Whole
0.5 cup Egg Beaters
1 oz Swedish Fontina Italian Cheese
1 link Spicy Italian Chicken Sausage

Recipe Directions for Veggie and Sausage Fritata

Saute veggies and sliced sausage. Beat together eggs and egg beaters. Pour egg mixture into saute veggie pan. Cook until almost set. Sprinkle the top with cheese
