Quick and yummy vegetarian lunch.

Recipe Ingredients for Veggie satay

1 oz Chilli
0.5 medium raw Onion Red
1 medium Carrots
1 pepper, large (3-3/4" long, 3" dia) Peppers, Sweet, Yellow
1 large raw Zucchini
1 clove Garlic
80 grams Mushrooms
2 Serving Tomato and Basil Cooking Sauce
1 tbsp Ketchup

Recipe Directions for Veggie satay

Fry onion,garlic and chilli in olive oil first until soft. Add the rest of vegetables except zucchini, fry for 5 min. Add zucchini and all sauces. Fry for a further 6 min or so. Eat straight away before the veg goes soft.
