Recipe Ingredients for Veggie Salsa Dip

1 1/2 cups Corn
1 1/2 cups Black Beans
1 1/2 cups Pinto Beans
1 large Tomato
1 large Avocado
1/2 cup Cilantro
1/2 cup Green Onions
2 tbsp. Red Wine Vinegar
2 tbsp. Olive Oil
2 tbsp. Salsa

Recipe Directions for Veggie Salsa Dip

  1. Combine all veggie ingredients in a large serving bowl.

  2. In a small bowl mix together the red wine vinegar, olive oil, and salsa and mix. Pour over the veggie mixture.

  3. Chill and serve cold.
