Recipe Ingredients for Veggie Salad

15.5 oz Corn, Sweet, Yellow
15.5 oz Black Beans
3 medium whole (2-3/5" dia) Tomatoes, Red, Ripe
2 cup, pared, chopped Cucumber, Peeled
1 small Onions
1 medium Squash, Summer, Zucchini, Includes Skin
2 cup, sliced Squash, Summer, Crookneck And Straightneck
1 oz Alfalfa Sprouts
8 tbsp Oil Olive Extra Virgin
4 serving Apple Cider Vinegar

Recipe Directions for Veggie Salad

finely cube all vegetables and add together in large bowl, then mix olive oil, vinegar and garlic and pour over veggies, last, mix and serve
